From Tamara came this adorable wee scrapbook from part of Stacy J's "Be Present" challenge.
It's so little and cute! 2.5" by 2.5"! So adorable! I haven't done anything with it yet because I have to figure out how to resize the photos I took for it. But I'll share as soon as I get it all prettied up!
From Lain came my prize from a recent blog giveaway; this awesome pack of Hallowe'en papers from Little Yellow Bicycle.
(you can see better photos of the collection here). Now I have a confession to make: I have never scrapbooked any of my Hallowe'en photos. Not a one. Orange and black just don't excite me. I'd rather play with cute paper than spooky paper. But this stuff is FUN and I decided it was high time to catch up.
Here's Hallowe'en 2005 (the first year we dressed up and went out):
(My only regret is that this paper has really cool black and white bats on the reverse. I wanted to use the bats too, but had to pick!)
2006 (yes, that is a return of the lion costume--different kiddo this time! Note how Blue Teddy had to come along so our cowardly lion wouldn't be afraid at the doors):
and 2007 (the year I took TWO Blue Teddies door-to-door):
Just like that, I'm almost caught up! I just have to print and scrap photos from this year! (Ok, and pages for their individual albums, but I'm feeling very excited.) A giant thank you to Lain and Little Yellow Bicycle for helping me make our Hallowe'en memories fun!
Now I think we can bid farewell to Hallowe'en for another year!
