It's a basic concept, older than the blogging world or photo sharing sites.
A photo a day.
Your life in pictures. The ordinary and extraordinary, the mundane, the humane, the red-letter days and those that seem divine.
This year I got super-excited as Becky Higgins revealed that she was coming out with an album kit that would allow you to display your photos. I even blogged about it on my photography blog. How brilliant!
How sold out.
I was prepared to talk myself out of the kit depending on the shipping costs, but as soon as I saw that sold out sign I knew that I wasn't going to talk myself out of it. I WANT that kit!
I've already committed in my heart, so I'm carrying on as if I had managed to get one. I'm taking my photo a day. For now I'll do my journalling and post to the new album over there -------------------> Who knows? Maybe I'll get one yet (BH says that CK is working on ordering more!). If not, I'll get 2 next year. I just wanted to give you a bit of a heads up. Those of you who drop by to follow our lives will find a daily summary over there that you may find interesting. Or you may be bored to tears, hearing what we do every day. It's going to get repetitive very shortly, I warn you!
On a side note, yes I redecorated again. The tiny font of that Holiday theme was killing my eyes! This one isn't very festive, but I'm enjoying the bright dash of colour in a world that is depressingly black and white these days. We'll see how long it lasts before I get bored with it again!
