THANK YOU! You have said so beautifully what I feel! It can get so overwhelming when I start thinking of all the things I "should" have done or be doing. I have a list of things I want to have accomplished and when it doesn't get done I have to get to the point where it's 'okay' and that it's not a life altering thing to not have spotless bathrooms and folded laundry! Thanks for letting me glimpse into your life through your blog... you are such an example to me!!!

Have I ever mentioned that I think you are an amazing writer? You have the ability to draw your readers in like no one else I know. This post is so inspiring. Wishing you nothing but joy and success in 2011.

What a great word! I know what you mean about reading blogs and getting overwhelmed. It's just one more avenue that we woman can use to compare ourselves and naturally find ourselves falling short. I've been thinking about that a lot lately. I feel that way when I look at your photos! HA! It just goes to show you that we all have different talents and I really admire yours!

The Story

  • The title of this blog comes from my best friend's mom; who critiqued my high school English journal as "full of superfluous fluff". This is where I embrace all that fluff and share it with you in its pure, unedited, rambling glory.
